Government ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ to lease office space in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥'s Arena Central
The Government is to lease office space at Arena Central in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ city centre to house a number of government ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ including the Midlands regional hub for HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC)

Arena Central announced today it has completed the letting for 240,000 sq ft to the Government in a development to be funded by Legal & General’s (L&G), representing the largest pre-let to take place in the city in a decade.
The Government has committed to a 25 year lease for the 14 floor building which has planning consent in place, and which will accommodate some 3,600 civil servants.
Councillor Ian Ward, Interim Leader of ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ City Council, said: “This investment by the Government in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ city centre is a major vote of confidence in the city’s continued regeneration. It reflects the importance of our strategic location, improved connectivity and extensive skills base.”
