´ºÓêÖ±²¥ City Council responds to the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Independent Improvement Panel's latest letter to the Communities Secretary.
Councillor Ian Ward, Interim Leader of ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ City Council, has responded to the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Independent Improvement Panel's (BIIP) letter to the Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government.
Councillor Ward said:
