provides information and support for children and young people from birth to 25 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
It is a central hub to help young people, families, carers, and professionals understand and access a range of ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ including advice on:
- Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- therapy ´ºÓêÖ±²¥
- travel assistance (home to school transport)
- social care
- leisure activities
