Administration of the collection
The three main titles inspected for scanning are the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Evening Mail, the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Post and Sunday Mercury.
The cuttings occasionally include articles from national newspapers when the news items may not have received adequate coverage in the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ newspapers or the national article provides extra and relevant information which cannot be found elsewhere.
Relevant articles are cut out and annotated to indicate their source and date.
