Charge Certificate
A Charge Certificate is an official letter sent after the Notice to owner period expires without payment or a successful challenge.
Once the Charge Certificate is sent, you cannot challenge the original notice.
After receiving a Charge Certificate, you can:
- pay the PCN
- wait for the Order for Recovery to be sent, which will explain your next options
