´ºÓêÖ±²¥

What is a non-resident fee?

We charge a non-resident fee if the person being buried (the deceased) wasn’t living in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ when they died. This is on top of the Exclusive Right of Burial fee.

This means that people who don’t live in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥, but who want to be buried in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥, will pay more than those who do live in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥.

Anyone who wasn’t living in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ at the time of their death, but who bought the Exclusive Rights of Burial for a grave while they were living in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥, won’t need to pay the non-resident fee.

We review the cost of our non-resident fee every year.
