Update of the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Development Plan (new ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Plan)
We are working on a new Local Plan for ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ which will guide how the city will develop in the future and provide policies to guide decisions on development proposals and planning applications up to 2042.
This will replace the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ Development Plan (2017), Aston, Newtown and Lozells Area Action Plan (2012) and Longbridge Area Action (2009) once adopted.
