Ian runs ´ºÓêÖ±²¥’s Flatpack Festival which is held in venues across the city every March. Ian also has a fascination with the overlaps between film and photography - particularly before and during the birth of cinema, through devices like the magic lantern, the zoetrope, the mutoscope and flip-book (which was patented in ´ºÓêÖ±²¥).He has used the library for local studies work as he has put together walking tours about ´ºÓêÖ±²¥'s hidden history.
